Please note:
- We do our best to send orders out on the same day if ordered before 11 am AEST, however, some orders may take longer.
- All orders ship with Sendle. We do not ship to PO boxes.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and instructions on how to track your package. You can use this tracking number on our website or the shipping carrier's website to track the progress of your shipment. Please allow some time for the tracking information to be updated as it may take a few hours for the details to be available in the system.

If you're not happy, we're not happy. That's why we'll gladly give you your money back if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase. All we ask is that you give the products a fair chance – try them out for at least 3 weeks. Keep in mind, our clinical data has been generated from 8-week trials, and hair growth is a slow process. However, if you aren’t happy with the results, simply return the items within the 30 days (yes, the items do need to be returned) and we'll refund you.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return the items within 30 days to receive a full refund issued to the method that was used to pay for the order. Products (used or unused) must be returned in order to receive refund. Shipment must be postmarked within 30 days of the original order receipt date. Return shipping cost is not included. Parcel protection and shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Missing Products:
Please email hello@stimhair.com within 7 days of product receipt along with your order number and photos of the damaged goods in order to initiate a refund or replacement.
Yes, you can! Stïm honours returns for products purchased from our authorized retailers in Australia. If you bought a Stïm product from a local store and wish to return it, please contact our customer service within 14 days of the purchase. We will guide you through the return process and provide the necessary assistance. Make sure to keep the original receipt as proof of purchase. Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange accordingly.
