30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: scalp care products

If you are not satisfied with your scalp care products purchased from stimhair.com, you can return them under our 30-day money-back guarantee. The guarantee applies to scalp care products only. It does not apply to lash, brow or beard products, or to combs.

Please give the products a fair chance by trying them for at least 3 weeks. This is a satisfaction guarantee, not a promise of results within 30 days.

To start a return, email hello@stimhair.com. Products (used or unused) must be returned to receive a refund, and your return must be postmarked within 30 days of receiving your order.

Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase price of the eligible products to the original payment method. You pay the return shipping cost. Original shipping charges and parcel protection are not refunded.

This guarantee is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Damaged or Missing Products

If your order arrives damaged or with items missing, please email hello@stimhair.com with your order number and, for damaged goods, photos of the damage. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order where possible so we can look into it promptly.
